Mr. Anil Jain founded Sarita Forgings in 1996, beginning with a single three-tonne drop hammer and a clear vision to build a dependable engineering and manufacturing enterprise. Over the last three decades, he has guided the company through every major phase of its growth, from forging operations to the development of dedicated casting, machining and advanced press-forging capabilities.
Even as Sarita Forgings has expanded to four manufacturing units, Mr. Jain continues to remain closely connected with day-to-day manufacturing operations and the shop floor. His hands-on understanding of production, machinery and customer requirements has shaped many of the company's most significant investments.
The establishment of the foundry, expansion of machining capabilities and commissioning of the modern press-forging line have all been undertaken under his leadership. His focus continues to be on strengthening manufacturing capability, adopting appropriate technology and building a company that can reliably serve demanding sectors such as railways, defence and heavy engineering.

Mr. Samyak Jain represents the next phase of growth at Sarita Forgings, combining an international business perspective with a strong involvement in the company's manufacturing expansion.
He leads the development of the company's press-forging capabilities and machining modernisation programme, working closely with production and engineering teams to improve capacity, technology and operational efficiency. He is also actively involved in developing Sarita Forgings' international business, with particular focus on expanding the company's presence in Europe and North America. His responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, strengthening relationships with international customers and positioning Sarita Forgings as a competitive Indian manufacturing partner for global OEMs and engineering companies.
His role connects manufacturing investment with the company's longer-term objective of increasing its participation in global supply chains.

Mr. Amit Sharma leads the marketing and customer communication functions at Sarita Forgings and plays an important role in connecting the company's manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements.
He serves as the primary point of contact for new business enquiries, coordinating discussions between customers and the company's engineering, production and commercial teams.
His responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting the company's capabilities, supporting business development initiatives and maintaining communication throughout the early stages of customer engagement. By closely coordinating with internal teams, he helps ensure that enquiries are evaluated practically and that customers receive clear information regarding Sarita Forgings' forging, casting, machining and related manufacturing capabilities.

Mr. Popat Shinde combines practical engineering experience with a strong focus on manufacturing discipline and continuous improvement.
His role spans design support, process development and shop-floor improvement, including the use of AutoCAD for engineering and production-related design work. He works closely with manufacturing teams to translate engineering requirements into repeatable and controlled production processes.
A significant part of his responsibility is focused on improving operational efficiency through established manufacturing practices such as SMED for reducing changeover time, poka-yoke for error prevention, kaizen for continuous improvement, 5S for workplace organisation and structured root cause analysis for resolving recurring production issues.
His approach is centred on making manufacturing processes more consistent, efficient and dependable, helping Sarita Forgings maintain repeatability across increasingly complex production requirements.
